Become a "Peak Performer"

Face-To-Face Communication is an exciting fun learning process for positive social and emotional behavior through theatre and improvisational exercises. The overall experience is designed to create positive self-image, self-expression, understanding emotions and how they affect others.  The program is about personal enrichment. Teaching students or employees the benefits of self-awareness, better communication in relationships, knowing how we are perceived, and understanding our emotions is an enormous asset if learned early in life to assist achieving success. Behavior affects interpersonal relationships. The sooner we teach these concepts, then the repetition of positive behavior becomes easier and we have results with better relationships and more understanding of each other.  The big picture is about preparing kids and adults to grow  to be successful by having positive social and emotional skills. These are essential life skills and learning them early in life makes individuals better prepared to learn and grow in all areas of their lives. With developed interpersonal skills, they have more promise of success in a career and their important relationships because they refined their communication skills and their own understanding of positive emotional and social behaviors.

About Us

FACE-TO-FACE COMMUNICATION is designed to break down various behaviors and character traits that help define self-image and communication skills. The program explores discovery of oneself and how we relate to others through improvisational acting skills and lessons to experience those feelings to learn more about it.

The practice and discipline of this program helps kids and adults integrate better in the real world. This will include how to present oneself to the world. Therefore when kids or adults are taking interviews to get into colleges or job interviews beyond schooling, they will draw upon their “self-image” resources to handle those situations with confidence and ease. The program uses humor, connection, and interaction as the platform for boosting persona and therefore making kids and adults better citizens of the world.

The unique concept behind FACE TO FACE COMMUNICATION is using familiar expressions that are aligned with social or emotional behaviors like laughter, happiness, anger, bullying, gossiping, truthfulness, etc. and then practicing specific acting, theatre or improvisational exercises that help kids learn what’s positive and what’s not. Let’s FACE IT,
the best way to learn is by doing. Observing role models is awesome but when peopl get to practice social and emotional skills in a protected environment where they can experiment by displaying their feelings without being judged, that alone creates a positive experience. Plus doing theatre, acting, and improvisational exercises is super fun. When learning is fun, it’s easier for any individual to be impacted permanently and carry that with them as they move forward in life.
